Home Visits

Personal visits offer parents timely information about each stage of their child’s development and learning

Group Connections:  Playgroups  Playgroups provide opportunities for parents to observe their children with other children and to interact with other parents.

Group Meetings  Group Meetings provide opportunities to gain new insights and to share experiences with other parents.

Screenings

Screenings are offered every six months for overall development in language, social, intellect, and motor skills.

Monthly Newsletter

This publication provides quick tips on parenting, child development, and updates on PAT happenings.

Referral Networking

Lending Library

The lending library is available for all PAT families enrolled and those on our waiting list.

Parents As Teachers provides parent education and family support to families throughout pregnancy until age 3.

Parents are supported by Parents As Teachers - certified parent educators trained to translate scientific information on early brain development into specific when, what, how, and why advice for families.  By understanding what to expect during each stage of development, parents can easily capture the teachable moments in everyday life to enhance their child's language development and motor skills.
